Akemi Aesthetics is a small creative studio offering made‑to‑order wall art, stationery, fabric, and wallpaper. By placing an order on this website, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below, as well as the policies referenced on this site, including the Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of this website.

Made‑to‑Order Production

 

All products are created on demand through trusted fulfillment partners.

  • Art prints, canvas prints, and stationery are produced and shipped by Printful.

  • Fabric and wallpaper are produced and shipped by Spoonflower.

 

Because items are custom‑printed specifically for each order, variations in color, scale, and material may occur. These variations are normal and not considered defects.

Pricing & Availability

 

All prices listed on this website are subject to change without notice. Product availability may vary based on fulfillment partner inventory and production capacity. Akemi Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

Order Processing & Cancellations

 

Orders begin production shortly after they are placed.

  • Cancellations are only possible before an order enters production.

  • Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

If you need assistance with an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping

 

Shipping timelines and costs are determined by the fulfillment partner producing your order.

  • Printful ships art prints and stationery.

  • Spoonflower ships fabric and wallpaper.

 

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal volume. Akemi Aesthetics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or international customs.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

 

Because all items are made‑to‑order, Akemi Aesthetics does not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or color expectations.

Eligible issues for replacement or refund include:

  • Misprints

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage during shipping

  • Incorrect items received

Claims must be submitted within the timeframe listed in the Return Policy and must include photos of the issue. Unauthorized returns sent to fulfillment centers will not be accepted.

Color & Display Disclaimer

 

Colors may appear differently from screen to screen due to variations in monitor settings, device displays, and lighting. Printed artwork, fabric, and wallpaper may have slight color variations compared to digital previews. These variations are normal for custom‑printed products and are not considered defects.

Intellectual Property

 

All artwork, designs, branding, product descriptions, and website content are the exclusive property of Akemi Aesthetics. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without written permission. Purchasing a product does not grant rights to reproduce or resell the artwork in any form.

Limitation of Liability

 

Akemi Aesthetics is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Color variations between digital previews and printed products

  • Misuse or improper installation of wallpaper or fabric

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akemi Aesthetics’ liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product.

Original Artwork & Handmade Items (Shipped by Akemi Aesthetics)

 

Original paintings, mixed‑media pieces, sewn goods, and other handmade items are created, packaged, and shipped directly from Akemi Aesthetics.

Processing Time

 

Handmade and original items typically ship within 3–7 business days, depending on the complexity of the piece and packaging requirements.

Shipping Method

 

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping speed and carrier may vary based on destination and item size.

Packaging & Care

 

Each piece is packaged with care to ensure safe delivery. Due to the delicate nature of original artwork and handmade goods, minor variations in texture, stitching, or surface detail are normal and part of the handmade process.

Returns & Exchanges

 

Original artwork and handmade items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged during shipping.

  • Damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos of the packaging and item are required for assessment.

 

If damage is confirmed, a refund or replacement (if applicable) will be issued.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, Akemi Aesthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost in transit, assistance will be provided to help file a claim with the carrier.
