Akemi Aesthetics Return & Refund Policy

Made‑to‑Order Art Prints & Stationery (Printful Fulfillment)

All wall art prints, canvas prints, and stationery items are made‑to‑order through my production partner. Because each piece is created specifically for you, I do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, including:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong size
Disliking colors, style, or design preferences

However, I always want you to love your order. If there is an issue with the quality or production of your item, please contact me within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible for replacement or refund:

Misprints
Damaged items
Defective products
Items lost in transit

To process a claim, please email a photo of the issue and your order number. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Not eligible for return to Printful: Customers should not send returns directly to the manufacturer. Any unauthorized returns sent to the fulfillment center may be donated or disposed of.

Please note that colors may appear differently from screen to screen. Every device displays tones uniquely, and printed artwork or fabric may have subtle variations compared to what you see online. Each piece is created with care, and slight shifts in color are a natural part of the made‑to‑order process.

Made-to-Order Fabric & Wallpaper (Spoonflower Fulfillment)

Fabric and wallpaper orders are printed on demand through Spoonflower. Because these materials are custom‑printed, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Eligible for replacement or refund:

Printing errors
Incorrect material or size sent
Damage during shipping

If you receive a defective or incorrect order, please contact me within 14 days with photos of the issue so I can coordinate a replacement.

Not eligible for return:

Color variation due to monitor differences
Ordering the wrong amount, scale, or material
Change of mind

Color appearance can vary based on screen settings, fabric type, and lighting. Because each order is custom‑printed, slight color variations between digital previews and the final printed material are normal and expected.

Order Disclaimer

Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to differences in monitor settings, device displays, and the nature of custom printing. Both artwork and fabric/wallpaper are made‑to‑order, and small variations in tone are considered normal for printed products.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin production quickly. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered production. Please reach out as soon as possible if you need assistance.
